Brief
Choose an area of law and create a campaign for your imaginary firm.
Insight
People drive like it’s a normal day, because they don’t anticipate getting into a car accident, but one moment could change everything.
Idea
Car injury lawyer ads rely so heavily on crash imagery/photography and that no longer resonates the way we want it to. By using avatars and showing the moment before the crash, the visual bypasses the “that wouldn’t be me” thinking and makes viewers identify with the characters and feeling of vulnerability that one moment could change everything.
Medium
On Instagram, because a majority of young drivers/just got their license are most likely to get into a vehicle accident.
By turning into a game, like Crossy road, we can educate young drivers, that accidents come out of nowhere (which connects back to our insight).

You can choose your avatar, based on who you see yourself as. Then, you can play the game, you can choose your destination (work, rehearsal, school, etc). But the point is that accidents come out of nowhere. When you do crash, a pop up will appear, to the law firm and a "click here" for their website to access phone number and resources.

This law firm will also be mentioned in state mandated driving courses across the country. In the U.S. you are required to take this course, before your road test.

Why Instagram?
A majority of Gen Z (teen drivers) get their news and learn info from social media on a daily basis
By placing the ad on this platform, we make legal help accessible to Gen-Z, and build familiarity and trust over time instead of forcing them to search for us in a moment of crisis
